Oh look, it’s our test episode for the podcast!
This past weekend found two of our SocialKnitworking heroines, Andrea and Joanna, in New York City for several epic adventures. Apparently, as early as Friday night, there was so much epic just at rock show with Shael Riley and Schaffer the Darklord that Joanna… well, let’s just listen to her voicemail, shall we?
A full recap of this adventure weekend, including a review of the Shael/Schaffer show plus our thoughts on the Video Game Vixens burlesque, will be covered in our inaugaral podcast on Nerdy Knitting, coming at you end of August.
Remember, if you’ve got any comments or questions for the podcast, call our feedback line! We want to hear from you. The number again is 215.839.6373 (215.839.NERD), or use the handy little Google Voice widget we’ve installed on the blog.

I love you guys! When are we going to NY? Can NY handle us all there at the same time?

Right, next time Jenn *has* to be with us.
Speaking of burlesque… There’s a scene in City of Lost Children where Ron Perlman’s swearer unravels off of him. I think a burlesque performance where a chunky knit sweater is unraveling off the dancer would be pretty hot.

Do we now have to start a Social Knitworking burlesque act?
I think we do.
